Analogue VU meter on the mixing desk — a symbol of transparent, measurable terms

Pricing

Fair fees. Transparent studio costs.

When setting prices, World Wide Voices follows the recommendations of the VDS, the German voice-over association (Verband Deutscher Sprecher e. V.) — so you know in advance what to expect.

By production type

Voice-over fees.

Voice-over fees depend on script length, layout and usage rights. Here you can see how the categories are calculated — we tailor your specific quote to your production.

The handling of productions is governed by our General Terms and Conditions.

Voice-over costs are calculated according to script length and intended use. As there are many possible combinations here, we'll put together a fair quote tailored to your production.

Usage rights: The rights to the recording pass to the client without any time limit.

Ancillary costs

Additional costs.

Agency fee

For placing the voice-over artists and/or translators we charge 15 % of the artist's fee — based on the recommendations of the German voice-over association (Verband Deutscher Sprecher e. V., VDS).

Studio per half hour

Studio costs of 65 € for every half hour started, including recording supervision, an engineer and any online costs; minimum 100 € per order. Rule of thumb: allow three times the duration of the spoken text.

Artists' social security contribution

For all voice recordings the statutory artists' social security contribution, currently 4,9 % of the fee, is payable.
