We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations (GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act / BDSG) as well as this privacy policy.
2. Data collection on this website
Cookies and local storage
This website uses exclusively technically necessary cookies or local storage (e.g. to remember your cookie decision and your favourites list in the browser). No tracking for advertising purposes takes place. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in providing our services in a technically flawless manner.
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources.
Contact and enquiry forms
If you send us enquiries via a form (contact, quote request, voice sample request, voice-over application), your details, including the contact data you provide, are stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions, and delivered to us by email or messenger. We do not pass this data on without your consent. Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can revoke this at any time informally by email. The data remains with us until you request its deletion or the purpose of storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Registration for voice-over artists
Data that you provide when registering as a voice-over artist (profile, photo, audio samples) is used by us exclusively for the purpose of voice-over placement and published only to the extent you have approved. Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. OpenStreetMap map service
To display directions, we embed map material from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom). When the map is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to OpenStreetMap. The use serves the interest of an appealing presentation and easy findability of our location (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. SSL / TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in the address bar and the lock symbol in your browser. When encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
5. Your rights
Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing, as well as a right to correction, blocking, deletion and data portability. You also have a right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. For this and for any further questions, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice.
Objection to advertising emails
The use of contact data published within the framework of the legal notice obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby objected to. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example via spam emails.
